Reasons and solutions when not able to perform tasks

Issue 1: Not able to perform any task

Description

  • You are not able to perform tasks on Mobile app, such as submitting task, checking in etc.

Reason

  • It is probably because of weak or non-existent Phone/Internet signal at your location

Solution

  • You should move to a location with strong Phone/Internet signal
  • You may have to turn off your Wifi/3G/4G mode then turn on again
  • You may even need to restart your Mobile phone

Issue 2: Check-in task hangs at "Loading..." status even with strong Internet signal

Description

  • The Check in task hangs indefinitely at the Loading... status after you have taken photo, even though you are standing at a location with strong Internet signal

  • This could be due to your mobile phone running out of memory, which prevents the app from saving your photo

Solution

  • Try removing some unused apps, moving old photos/videos from your mobile phone to your computer to clear up the memory space

Issue 3: Not able to submit tasks after a specific time

Description

  • You are not able to submit tasks after a specific time point

Reason

  • This is probably due to the time requirement set up by your managers

Solution

  • You have to submit tasks within the required time period defined by your manager
