Install Abivin vRoute Mobile app

  • The Abivin vRoute Mobile app is available for both iOS and Android systems

Login Abivin vRoute Mobile app

  • After you have successfully installed the Abivin vRoute Mobile app, the app icon will appear on the screen. To open the app, tap on its icon

Login with Username and Password

  • After tapping on the app icon, the Sign In screen will appear. You have to enter the Username and Password provided by the administrator, then tap on Sign In button

Login with fingerprint

  • This is an easy, timesaving way to log in to your account, using only your fingerprint
  • To log in with your fingerprint, first you will have to enable that feature
  • Log in with your Username and Password as described above
  • Access the setting section (Tutorial can be seen here)
  • Scroll down the Settings screen, then tap on the toggle icon under the text Fingerprint
  • A form that reads Enter your current password will pop out. You will need to input your current password, then tap on Done
  • After you have successfully input your password, that icon will change to , that means this feature has been enabled
  • Now you can log in to your account by tapping on the fingerprint icon on the log in screen. Then, tap your fingerprint on the home button of your mobile device, the same as when you unlock your device screen

Access the app settings

  • After you have logged in to your account, you can access the settings of the app by tapping on the User icon on the top right of the screen, then tap on Settings text

Update Strong password

Update password within Mobile app settings

  • Scroll down the Settings screen, you will see a blue Change Password button
  • Tap on that button, you will be navigated to the Change Password screen
  • Input your current password into the Current password field, then input your new password into the New password and Verify password fields
  • As you type the new password, the Mobile app will perform checking to measure your password strength according to our Password rules. Your new password will only be accepted once all the criteria have been met
  • After your new password has passed the criteria, tap on the blue Change Password button
  • A pop up will display, announcing that you have successfully changed your password to a new, strong password. At the same time, you will be logged out of your account. You will have to log in again using the recently created strong password

Update password when logging in

  • As we periodically roll out the Strong password feature to our clients, users on Mobile app who still use weak passwords will not be able to perform anything unless they change their passwords to stronger ones
  • The Mobile app will immediately navigate to the Change password screen after logging in
  • The process to change weak password to strong password is similar as above

Password rules

  • A strong password will help your organization protect privacy, prevent cyber attacks and data theft. Therefore, we have employed a rigorous set of rules to ensure threats are as minimal as possible
  • A strong password is one that complies with the following rules
  • Rule #1. Contains uppercase letters
  • Rule #2. Contains lowercase letters
  • Rule #3. Contains numbers
  • Rule #4. Contains at least one special characters (Characters that are not numbers and letters, including ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ " and spaces)
  • Rule #5. Is at least eight characters long
  • As you input the password, the checklist below will help you see what rules you have met. Rules that have been met will have the corresponding icon turn from gray to green

Reset password when forgotten

  • In case you forgot your password, on the login screen, you can tap on the Forgot password text below the Sign In button. You will be navigated to the Forgot password screen
  • Type your Username into the Username field, then tap on the blue Email me a recovery link button
  • You will be navigated to the Recover Password screen. At the same time Abivin vRoute will automatically send an instruction email to your email address. In the email, you will see a Verify Code
  • In case you haven't received the instruction email, tap on Resend Email text

Recovery email

  • Type that code into the Verify Code field, then tap on the blue Change Password button
  • You will be navigated to the Recover Password screen. Here you can input the new password. The process to create a new password is similar to how you change password above

Get real time support

  • To get real time support from our Customer Service department, please follow the steps below
  • Tap on your user icon on the top right of the screen, then tap on the orange conversation icon at the bottom of the panel
  • You will be directed to the Conversations screen. Tap on on the appropriate language (We currently have two channels in English and Vietnamese)
  • Begin the conversation by inputting your query in the field with the text Type a message. After you have finished the query, tap on the icon to send your query. Our Customer Service department will get in touch with you shortly
  • If you want to attach a picture to describe your query more thoroughly, tap on the paperclip icon . You can take a picture or upload a picture from your mobile device
