  • You are the employee of the Depot that is assigned the task to either hand the product to the transporter driver, or receive product from him.
  • Below we will instruct you on how to perform your task on the Mobile app
  • Login the Mobile app with your account
  • Tap on Tasks tab
  • Select the appropriate date by tapping on the icons and . Normally, your tasks will be on the current date
  • Upon choosing the correct date, your task will appear on the task list as below

  • Tapping on the task title will lead you to the task detail screen

  • The task detail screen consists of four sections:
  • Section 1: Transportation information. This section shows the Depot and Transporter names
  • Section 2: Vehicle information. This section shows the Driver name and Vehicle license plate
  • Section 3: Order information. This section shows the information of the order, as well as delivery result
  • Section 4: Check In. This section will store a photo to prove that the delivery has been performed

  • You can tap on the icon on the section title to display the section detail. After viewing/completing the task in each section, you can tap on the icon on the section title to hide that section

  • Below are the tasks that you have to perform

Select vehicle license plate

  • Open Section 2: Vehicle information
  • The license plate of the vehicle is displayed in the License Plate field
  • If the license plate is displayed incorrectly, you can select another license plate by tapping on the text Choose from list

  • You will be directed to a list that shows all available vehicles with their license plate. You can swipe the list up or down to find the correct license plate. You can also tap on the icon , input the license plate in the search bar to filter faster

Select delivery result

  • Open Section 3: Order information
  • Here you will have to select the result of the delivery. There are four results to select: Completed; Partly Delivered; Redundant and Not Completed
  • Select the correct result simply by tapping on the option on the screen. The icon means the result has been selected
  • If the product is overload, you can also tap on the text Overload below the delivery results

  • If the delivery is not completed, tap on Not Completed. You also have to select a reason for why the delivery was not completed, by tapping on the text Select Reason below

  • You will be directed to a list with of pre-scripted reasons. Tap on the appropriate reason

Take Check In photo

  • Tap on the icon in Check In section, then take a picture of the vehicle, or the product that you have either handed over to the driver or received from the driver

Submit the task to the administrator

  • After you have done all the above, you will be able to submit the task to the administrator by tapping on the text Submit on the top right of the task detail screen

  • After the task has been submitted successfully, the task color will change from white to green as below
