New features & Improvements

NEW FEATURE Audit Log. Audit Log is a new function to help the users keep track of the changes that have been performed to the resources (Customers; Vehicles; Route Plans etc.) Read more in the following article: Audit Log

(IMPORTANT) NEW FEATURE Dedicated Route Plan Rights setup section. Since the Route Plan has various functions, we have decided to create a dedicated section to set up these functions for each Route Planner/Dispatcher User Group, separate from the Module section. Read more in the following article: Manage Users. Following this change, the Transportation module is removed from the Module section

IMPROVEMENT Improve Hard Time Window routing algorithms for certain User accounts
IMPROVEMENT Add the function to bulk update the Stop Time attribute of vehicles. Read more in the following article: Manage Vehicles

IMPROVEMENT A new information field called Route Plan Compliance has been added to the ST2.02 report to measure the effect of Route Plan Optimization on the operation
IMPROVEMENT Improve the Geographic Clustering by Administrative Divisions routing algorithm by allowing the users to specify the maximum number of associated customer groups on a Delivery Trip

IMPROVEMENT Automatic Orders pulling from the external FTP server. We have simplified the workflow for certain User accounts by automatically connecting and retrieving the Delivery Order files from the external FTP server directly into Abivin vRoute. This process is automatically executed every five minutes. Users will no longer need to manually use the built-in Convert Tool to do this task. In addition, we also introduce the import history feature right on the tab Settings > Custom Import to record the import history (When using the built-in Convert Tool or directly import via external FTP server)

IMPROVEMENT Improve the Route Plan Optimization process as follows:
1. Randomize eligible vehicle list. From now on, each time the Route Plan Optimization process is performed, the vehicles that have satisfied the Transport Service price condition will be randomized to prevent the situation in which certain Transporters tend to be selected more than the others
1. Improve the logic for Delivery Trips that span across multiple days. Add a new column Route Creation Date to the Optimization Result form

1. (Mobile app) Hide the delivery tasks on the Mobile app of the former driver when the Transporter Administrator reassigns driver on Web app
