New features & Improvements

ANNOUNCEMENT Model name change. We have come up with a new set of names for some models in our system, which will be used in this User Guide site from now on

ANNOUNCEMENT Update the Product import Excel template (Import_Product_Template.xlsx). The Product resource will have an updated import Excel template, featuring three new optional information fields: Parent Product Code; Service Cycle; Task Actions. These fields are only used in CRM Model. For other models, you can safely leave them blank

NEW FEATURE Product tracking method. The users can now select the Product tracking method(s) at the Manufacturer

NEW FEATURE Various new features for the Product resource creation process, namely:
1 - Parent-Child product relationship. A product can have many lower-level (child) products. A lower-level (child) products can be the child product of multiple parent products. Note that the product hierarchy only has one level (No grandchildren level)
2 - Product management by Serial Number. Users can now create and manage parent products by their Serial Numbers
3 - Child product service cycle. Users can now specify the service cycle for the child products
4 - Parent product task action. Users can now specify the task action for the parent products
These features would be in effect for the new features of the Task resource which will be released in the coming weeks

NEW FEATURE Automatic reminder when service date is due. This feature is to help users keep track of service schedule for better customer service, as well as for more effective task assignment

NEW FEATURE (Mobile App) Stop sequence rearrangement. The drivers can now deliberately rearrange the stop sequence of their assigned Delivery Route right on the Mobile app. Read more here: VRP/DC Model - Driver (Delivery Men)

NEW FEATURE Customer Group Hard Time Window. Users can now specify the delivery hard time window for a whole Customer Group, which will be taken into account during the Route Plan Optimization process. Read more here: Hard Time Window Constraint

NEW FEATURE Customer Group Geographical Clustering by User Drawing. Users can now draw geographical clusters for the Customer Groups, thereby group the delivery accordingly during the Route Plan Optimization process. Read more here: Geographical Clustering

NEW FEATURE Multiple Order search. The user can now search for multiple Orders on the Order list. Read more here: Manage Sales Orders

IMPROVEMENT Add the Returning Trip Maximum Distance Condition information to the Transport Service setting section at the Branch, allowing the users to set up the upper distance limit to apply the discount rate for the returning Delivery Trip. Read more here: Transport Services

IMPROVEMENT Improve the responsiveness of the Mobile App when retrieving the shipment list from the Web App

Fix the bug in which the Products and Product Serial information is lost on the Contact Detail screen of a Customer after the user changes the result of the task related to that Customer

Fix the bug in which the user could not drag an Order into the optimized Delivery Route of the vehicle
