New Features & Improvements

VRP/DC Model

  • IMPROVEMENT Improve the Order/Stop moving function on Route Plan (List View). Users can now move the Orders/Stops to the empty Vehicles (Vehicles which have not yet been used in the current Route Plan). Read more here: Route Plan (List View)

  • NEW FEATURE Multiple Vehicles search. Users can now search for multiple Vehicles at once on the Transportation > Vehicles tab using the Vehicle Code and License Plate attributes

CRM Model

  • NEW FEATURE New Dashboard Settings in the tab Reports will enable users to optimize default filters for better reports and analyses.
  • ANNOUNCEMENT Update the Excel Template to import tasks (Import_Tasks_Template.xlsx)
  • The Tasks resource will have an updated import Excel template with a new information field, Reasons
  • This field is used to indicate the reason for product faults, whose main aim is to enhance the maintenance process and further product improvements. This information field only matters in CRM Model. For other models, you can safely leave it blank
