New Features & Improvements

VRP/DC Model

• NEW FEATURE Change Vehicle on Map view function. Now, users can change the vehicle of Delivery Shifts directly on the Map View. Read more here: Route Plan Adjustment (Map View)

CRM Model

• IMPROVEMENTS
• In the screen displaying Customer Detail, Customer Code is now displayed along with Customer Name, separated from Customer Name by a hyphen as in the format Customer Name - Customer Code. See the illustration below.

• NEW FEATURE In the tab Report > Dashboard, the fields Sum of Months and Percentage are displayed in two different colors to make the Data Table elements of Yearly Report more visually distinguishable.

• NEW FEATURE The Service Report now displays the task action name instead of the task action code. This is to make the reports more readable for users.

Bug Fixes

VRP/DC Model

• Fix the bug in which the imported Orders did not appear in the optimized Delivery Route
• Fix the bug in which the Product List export file doesn't have the Volume column
• Fix the bug in which users can still unlock a locked Delivery Shift despite that there are following Delivery Shifts after that Delivery Shift
• Note: Users will still be able to unlock any locked Delivery Shift if the Allow Unlock One route configuration is enabled at the Branch
