New features & Improvements

IMPROVEMENT Enhanced Import templates. To assist users during the creation process, we have added descriptions and input rules for all information fields in the Excel Import templates. As you hover over the title of a certain information field title in the template, a comment box will appear explaining the meaning and the input rules of the information field
We have also marked the compulsory information fields in each template with the asterisk marks (*). Compulsory information fields are the information fields that must be input in the templates before importing onto Web app. In the comment box, we have added the notification COMPULSORY INFORMATION FIELD! at the top to help the users easily distinguish between the compulsory and non-compulsory information fields

To help users make a smooth transition, we will still support the previous version templates
Please note that we have only been able to make this improvement for Vietnamese version templates (When selecting the UI language as Vietnamese). We will release the enhanced Import templates for English version templates soon

NEW FEATURE Store and Export Route Plan versions. When using Route Plan (List View), you will be able to access and export Route Plan versions

IMPROVEMENT Adjust the conditions of the Order Combination function
NEW FEATURE When dividing Product quantity of Orders by Product Lot, the Production Start Date and Production Finish Date values of the Products must be earlier than the Invoice Date value. If this condition is violated, when clicking Save, there will be a warning message:

NEW FEATURE When the Transporter Administrator accounts change the Order Date value of the Orders, they must specify the reasons in the field Note. If the Transporter Administrator accounts forget to input the reason and click Save, there will be a warning message:

NEW FEATURE Dedicated Transport Service Surcharge and Discount configuration section. Users can now tweak the Transport Service Surcharge and Discount Rates on a separate section. Read more in the following article: Transport Services

IMPROVEMENT From now on, if a vehicle is assigned two Orders that don't qualify to be applied Transport Service Surcharge or Discounted Transport Service fee, then each Order will be put onto a separate Delivery Shift instead of merging into one single Delivery Shift. This will be visible on both the Timeline panel and the Optimization Result form

The Route Dispatcher is now able to remove the Delivery Shift of each Order separately. Similarly, the Transporter Administrator can change vehicle/driver of each Delivery Shift separately

Fix the bug in which some exclusive configurations of the Corporation account are present on the Transporter Administrators accounts
Fix the bug in which the field Order Date of Orders can not be changed
Fix the bug in which the Order Status can be reverted from Picked & Packed back to Open

Fix the bug in which images of Check-In/Check-Out report can't be accessed on Web app
