New features & Improvements

Deployed a new Convert Tool for a specific user account. From now on, the Convert Tool also supports converting the original Delivery Plan into Customer Import template that complies with Abivin vRoute format, aside from the Products and Orders Import templates

Updated the message API from Abivin vRoute to the external Transportation Management System, and discarded the current method (sending emails)

Restored some functions/features that were disabled in the last deployment, including
Restored search bar of Parent Organization field on Organization Web form
Restored Description field on Organization Web form
Moved configuration Allow Approve Order back to the organization type Manufacturer
Restored the ability to update existings customers data using Excel template
Restored the ability to input a value larger than 24:00 in the Close time field of customers (For example: 100:00)
Restored the ability to input the value 0 in the field Case Price during the products creation process using Excel template

Fixed a bug in which the field Time Window is hidden when creating Road Constraints
Fixed a bug in which the existing Road Constraints didn't show up

Fixed a bug in which the configuration Self-calculated Stats of PDP orders is not automatically enabled during the order creation process using Excel template

Fixed an UI issue of Barge Plan (External) dashboard. Before this fix, at any given moment, at a specific Stop, if a barge is assigned multiple Shipments, then all those Shipments will be displayed on the Dashboard, each one on a separate row. From now on, at any given moment, at a specific Stop, if a barge is assigned multiple Shipments, then the Dashboard will only display the currently in progress Shipment and hides other Shipments. If none of the assigned Shipments is in progress yet, then the Dashboard will only display the Shipment assigned earliest
