- New information added to Report ST12 - Order Status
- There are several noticeable changes to Report ST12 that will provide users with more details of the Driver's delivery process:
- Check-in Date Time: The time when the Driver performs the Check-in task on the Mobile App when delivering to a Customer (Format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss). This is actually renamed from a field previous called Actual Delivery Time.
- Check-out Date Time: The time when the Driver submits the Delivery task to a Customer on the Mobile App (Format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss).
- Delivery Time (Minute): The amount of time when the Driver performs the Check-in task until he submits the Delivery task while delivering to a Customer (Format: h:mm:ss). In other words, this field displays the duration between Check-in Date Time and Check-out Date Time.
