New Features and Improvements

CRM Model

• NEW FEATURE
• 1 - When the system generates an automatic task reminder, a notification box with the title [Reminder] [Due Date] is also added to the service timeline of a specific customer. See the illustration below.

• 2 - Users are enabled to submit tasks with Completed status or overdue tasks without changing the Completed Date

• IMPROVEMENTS

• 1 - In the screen Contact Detail, the title of automatic task reminder in the service timeline will be displayed in the new format [Task's Name] [Due Date] as in the illustration below.

• 2 - In the automatic task reminder, the task description will be in the format [Name of Action] [Child Product Name]. See the illustration below.

VRP/DC Model

• NEW FEATURE Route Plan Integration from Abivin vRoute to SFTP Server can now be done in Map View
• For this feature to take effect, you have to enable the Sync Routing Result sub-configuration which will show up after you tick the Use FTP checkbox in the MORE CONFIGURATIONS > Systems section when you edit the Manufacturer

• After the Route Optimization process, you must lock your Delivery Routes before you Sync Routing Result. After the Routes have been locked, click the Actions > Sync Routing Result button. A message will display whether you have successfully synced routing result

• IMPROVEMENTS Two new information fields have been added to the Import Vehicle Template and Web form. They are Maximum Single Order Weight and Maximum Single Order Volume. For more information on these two fields, please refer to this article Manage Vehicles

Bug Fixes

VRP/DC Model

• Change the error message in case the selected Product and the selected Customer are not in the same Depot.
• Fix the bug in which users are unable to move orders though they have not locked the route plan.
• Fix the bug in which More Actions button does not show up when users select only one action.
