New Features & Improvements

CRM Model

  • IMPROVEMENTS In the screen displaying Customer Detail, Customer Code is now displayed along with Customer Name, separated from Customer Name as in the format Customer Code: Title Customer Name. See the illustration below.

  • NEW FEATURE Users are now enabled to delete the serial number of products whose status is Stored. Users cannot delete products whose status is either Paused or Sold.

  • NEW FEATURE Users can now re-select the reason for tasks with status Completed without changing the information of the task's Completed Date in the web application.

  • NEW FEATURE Audit log. The dispatchers can now track the Web app activities over at the Settings > Audit Log tab

  • NEW FEATURE Shipment Notes. The dispatchers and the truck tractor drivers/barge captains now have one more communication channel where they can exchange information related to specific Shipments

Shipment Notes (Mobile app)

  • IMPROVEMENT [Mobile App] List and search function improvements, namely:
  • 1 - Employ the Pagination feature. The Freight > Container tab is now displayed in pages and will show the twenty containers of the most recently created Shipments by default. The list will continue displaying as the drivers scroll the screen down. There will be no limitation on the maximum number of containers
  • 2 - The drivers can now search for a container using its Container Number and Location attributes. The search result will be retrieved directly from the Web app database

VRP/DC Model

  • IMPROVEMENT Improve the routing algorithms when using the following configurations: Use Clustering (by Province), Use Familiarity, Hard Time Windows; Limit Number Of Trips

Bug Fixes

VRP/DC Model

  • Fix a bug of the ST03 - Orders By Single Driver report in which the Distance Difference field is incorrect
  • Fix the bug in which the Product List Excel file (Vietnamese template) doesn't have data when exporting

PDP - Shipper Plan for Carrier Model

  • Fix a bug related to the Organization configurations which caused the inability to perform the Route Plan optimization process
  • Fix a bug in which the system doesn't show the Service Payer field value when creating Orders
