New features & Improvements

ANNOUNCEMENT Report exporting date range constraint. For better performance and to avoid unwanted system downtime, now we have limited the time window when exporting Reports on Web App. Specifically, the Reports can only be generated in no more than 1 month. If you try to select a date range longer than 1 month, there will be a warning

NEW FEATURE Automatic Customer Group identification. Provided you have enabled the configuration Use Clustering (By Province/District/Town) and have created Customer Groups based on administrative divisions, then during the Customer creation process, based on the address value (The value input in the field Street Address on Web form and Address in Excel template), the system can identify the appropriate Customer Group for the Customers. Please note that this feature currently only works for locations within Vietnam

When you use Web form, you can switch between the Google Map database and Abivin vRoute database. To do that, click on the icon next to the field Street Address and select the between the two options

This feature will come in handy when you want to allocate the delivery fleet based on administrative divisions. Read more here

NEW FEATURE We have added Export function for the Transport Service Group
IMPROVEMENT We have added three more information fields to the Export Transport Service template, specifically are Start Date; End Date; Vehicle Type Code
IMPROVEMENT When creating Charges, the system will now only show Orders created in the last 60 days
