New Features and Improvements

VRP/DC Model

  • IMPROVEMENT Custom Import tool has been added 2 fields:

  • Customer Min Unloading Time:

  • This field is matched directly with the Min Time column in the Partner Import excel file.

  • This field is not mandatory. Being left blank, this field will automatically be set as 7 minutes.

  • Customer Max Unloading Time:

  • This field is matched directly with the Min Time column in the Partner Import excel file.

  • This field is not mandatory. Being left blank, this field will automatically be set as 10 minutes.

  • Note: If the Customer Code already exists in the system, the old data will not be overwritten.

  • NEW FEATURE Auto Shift Start Time:

  • From now on, users can configure the Shift Start Time of Vehicles with the following options:

  • Default: The system will compare the Open time of the Depot and Working time of the Vehicle to suggest the Shift Start Time during the Route Optimization process.

  • Manual: Before the Route Optimization process, a pop-up will appear for users to manually input the Shift Start Time.

  • Auto: The system will suggest the Shift Start Time that minimizes the waiting time of Driver during the Route Optimization process.

  • To use this feature, navigate to Branch > More Configurations > Route > Shift Start Time
