August 01, 2019 - Fixed bug in creating order

We have fixed bugs in creating orders, related to two issues specifically:

• Issue 1: Order codes might be duplicated when different organizations create orders at the same moment
• Solution: From now on, the system will automatically increase the value of the default order code format whenever a dispatcher clicks on Create order button (Without taking into account whether the order will actually be created or not)

• Issue 2: Orders being created can have the same order codes as past orders
• Solution: Whenever users accidentally create orders using codes that have been used in the past, the system will display a warning message and prevents users from creating such orders
