These new features below can only be in effective when the user enable certain configurations
- Add a new mechanism that allow the system to recalculate cost whenever user move orders.
- Add a new mechanism that allow the system to recalculate cost whenever user move orders to LTL orders.
- Add rules for other products
- Rework 3D loading rules for batteries
- Add "Matching customers" field in CRUD Customers, which merge all customers within a fix radius as a single delivery point
